The fennel liqueur is a very particular liqueur that is prepared with wild fennel and is excellent to sip at the end of a meal.
Limoncello is a typical Campania liqueur, obtained from the maceration of lemon peels in ethyl alcohol. It has the classic yellow color of lemons whose hue varies according to the seasons of the lemon harvest, an intense aroma of freshly picked lemons and a taste that provides the palate with a pleasant sensation of aromatic freshness.
Mandarinetto , or mandarin liqueur, is one of those aromatic and digestive fruit liqueurs. Similar to limoncello in preparation, it has an even more intense and decisive taste. Mandarinetto is a citrus-based liqueur very welcome both at the end of a meal and to accompany a sweet, ideal to be served next to fruit tarts.
